Everyone will be sitting around eating dinner with family and loved ones talking about the year and the plans for next year. People will say things like; “Maybe we should buy a vacation home in South Fork next summer.” Then someone in the family will say “We should wait, because I think we will get a better deal next year.”

Most of the real estate activity thus far in 2010 has been in the home sector under $250k. We are starting to see a few solid values now in the vacant land sector along with relatively low construction costs.
